Happy Husband

perfect shoes

I did try many different tennis shoes before purchasing these shoes. as I got to higher quality the shoe got better. After purchasing I went to Universal studios and this was the first time walking the distance my feet didn't hurt. I am now sold on these shoes!

Like a girdle on my feet

While they do provide a very nice spongy support, they’re a bit uncomfortable, especially around the mid foot and big toe area. Despite many attempts to adjust the laces, it feels like the shoe is squeezing my foot like an uncomfortable handshake. Still, they’re very durable and well-made, and who knows, these might be good for you. You never know.

These shoes are terribley missized. Much too big.

These shoes run at least a half size to a full size too big. Inconsistent with the other 7 pairs of gel nimbus ive owned and still have most. I had to learn the hard way by buying my normal size, trying them on to find them comfortable enough then not wearing them for over a month. By the time I realized they are not true to size I was stuck with them. Once I saw the shoes go on sale, I bought another pair exact model at a half size down. These fit better but still a little big. I don't know how this can happen as I've bought so many pair. I loved the special edition nimbus 20 and the anniversary edition that were white with red. I'm out 170 bucks due to the improper sizing with shoes that won't fit. Only tim I've been unsatisfied with my ascics purchase. It forced my to try on cloud. Fantastic shoes by the way.

comfortable but ...

The shoes are very comfortable initially and fit well. However, after running in them, I experienced noticeable rubbing and skin irritation at the back of my foot, just below the ankle. I normally do not have this issue with other running shoes. It seems the heel or collar design may cause friction during running.

Well made and confortable

Very well made and comfortable. Wish I would have gotten a 1/2 size smaller. Seems to run a little large. Other than the sizing, its a 5 star.

The most comfortable shoe I have ever worn. Excellent recovery shoe for a torn Achilles tendon. I usually wear a 12, however, had to wear a 13. Very easily to slip on with the back arch and tongue loops.
