Gel - Kayano 30 is an excellent shoe.

One of the top shoes recommended for plantar fasciitis so I decided to try it and i have NO REGRETS purchasing the Gel - Kayano 30. The support it provides helps alleviate much of the pain.

Excellent shoes

I had the best service in the store and also with my pair of shoes being shipped to my house. These shoes have made my knees feel better and my feet. I love the gel throughout and it is almost like walking on clouds and I’m truly not exaggerating. It is one of the best shoes I’ve had.

Worst Kayanos

I have ran in kayanos for years and this shoe is by far the worst kayanos I've ever worn. The shoe is very large, stiff, clunky, and makes me feel unstable. I am landing harder than usual in these shoes, causing pain that started in my foot and is now moving up the chain. Running feels harder in these shoes. Even walking feels odd. I wish they wouldn't have changed them so much over the years, the 25s were amazing running shoes. These were so bad, I am turning elsewhere for running shoes.

Perfect as usual!

Perfect as always - love the fit for narrow feet with an adequate toe box. Super comfy - I have Morton’s neuroma. Also - it’s actually hard to find shoes my size (11.5) that are not super wide at that size. ASICS does it again!

Bad Support

I bought this item in November and originally, the shoes worked great. As I've been breaking into them, I have developed many blood blisters on my pinky toes, as well as foot pain. I'm not sure that the support that should be within a running shoe is seen here, especially towards the sides of the shoe, as the friction has caused plenty of blisters. You may be better off buying a different shoe entirely. I am a normal size 7 and bought a size seven, and the shoe unfortunately does not hold well against friction when running more than 3 miles at a time.

Great color for a blue but runs small

I got the Gris Blue/Lime Green in size 8 and it’s the right size this time. I’ve always gotten the size 7 1/2 since I’m between size 7 and 7 1/2 but lately, it’s been tight. Thought maybe the laces were just tight since with socks and I could hardly wiggle my toes. But when I got the size 8, I realized it’s the perfect size. I’m a big fan of Gel Kayano since with the extra cushion and support, my feet don’t feel tired at all.
