Poor Quality

These shoes were nice looking and comfortable and I bought them for my husband. He has neuropathy in his left foot. He didn’t wear them for a while and not much at all. Then the inside of the shoe became uncomfortable in the heel area. He examined the shoe and it appeared that the inside underneath the innersole had disintegrated and collapsed. The shoes are dangerous for my husband to wear. Of course the return period has expired. But I wanted to write a review. I am wondering if all of the items created for Macy’s is this cheaply made?
