Very disappoint with macys. Beautiful dress

I ordered this dress for a wedding Thai Saturday, that’s the only reason why I Can’t return it because I paid for an old dress as it was new. The bag in which I received the dress isn’t an original astrthelabel bag but when I opened the bag the dress smells clearly as dry clean, also doesn’t have the original tags attached that has to come with this brand dress for returns. This is so unfair that I’ll be wearing such expensive old dress because that’s what macys shipped to me. The dress is so beautiful and good quality and by the way also you can notice is already old because has some damage. I wish I could attach pictures
