How do I clean this whole couch, apart from the little bottle that was giving to me at the time of purchase?

Comfy but cheap fabric
Love the grey color and the firmness sold us this couch, however the back seat cushions lose their shape quickly and the fabric pills. The fabric didn’t hold up but six months. I wish I had known I could have upgraded the fabric during the purchase. The rolling ottoman is a great addition to our L-shaped configuration however the large corner seat is angled and does not allow the Ottoman to go flush against the corner. I don’t think I’ll get the ten years out of this couch like my Lazy boy. I should have trusted the other reviews.

Low quality cushion foam
We've had this couch for a little over a year and a half. Within a couple of months the seat cushions were already starting to break down and sag. They are so unsupportive that it makes your back ache. We are getting the foam replaced under warranty as I write this but I expect to only eek out a few more months before we buy a new couch, What a waste of money. I hope to have this couch for a long time. This is my last Macy's purchase.

The sectional is made with a 1.8 High Resilience foam which is expected to maintain shape and bounce back for 1-3 years with normal use. Not what I expected
When I saw the couch in the store it was love at first sight. When I had it delivered the pieces did not line up in the back you can see the pieces off. Now it's only been 5 or 6 months since I purchased and the staples are falling out. The technician is coming again let's see if he fix it.

Love it!
We've had this sectional in the gun metal for 3 months and love it! I have a 2 and 7 year old who run all over this couch and it still looks great. It's firm but not uncomfortable. It's a beautiful and classic shape. I went to the store to get the oatmeal color but changed my mind because it is so light! It's a beautiful color but I didn't think it would hold up well with my boys. The delivery was great as was the salesman in store. Looking for my dining room table from Macys for sure!

Best Purchase from Beginning to End
We purchased the Astra 5-pc sectional during the after Christmas sale at The Woodlands, TX location. Thank you Macy’s for a superior experience from beginning to end. Our salesman Paul was impeccable and super knowledgeable of the options available to us. Our sectional arrived today and looks beautiful in our home. Firm!!!!
We specially ordered this sectional in gypsy slate and that took about 6 weeks to arrive in our home. We have had it 3 days now and it’s beautiful but much firmer than the store display we sat on prior to purchasing. We knew it was from when ordering but this is extra firm! Hopefully it loosens in time so I am able to love it

Still too early to tell for sure...
I've had this sectional in my home for four weeks now. I was drawn to this style based on the size, color, and overall neutral look that I could dress up or down. I do have small children and a dog who enjoys lounging on the couch instead of his dog bed just a few feet away and therefore I knew I had to purchase couch covers to help protect the Oatmeal colored fabric. While I'd love to fully enjoy the uncovered look of the couch, after reading many customer reviews I knew there was no way the fabric would hold up to not only the dog, but also to our family's everyday use. I chose to use Scotchguard fabric protector to help protect the bottom of the couch as well. Again, just taking my precautions to help extend the appearance of the sectional in our home. I've made it a point to rotate both the seat and back cushions weekly to try to help prevent indentations and puckering. So far that seems to be working out well although it's only been four weeks. I will say that I was disappointed to have only received a total of 3 toss pillows with my order while the online photo clearly shows 5 toss pillows and the online description states that 4 are included. It would have been nice to receive exactly the amount advertised by Macy's. On a good note, the white glove delivery service was terrific -- the two men arrived within the timeframe I was given the day before and they also called to confirm they were on their way that morning, they were polite, worked quickly, and removed all of the plastic wrapping and debris when they left. I did later notice that there was a large dark smudge on the seat back of the wedge section that was in the shape of a handprint which I can only assume was from one of the delivery men. I guess I could have called Macy's to make a stink about it but I didn't find it worth my time or effort since a seat back cushion easily covers the area. Overall, I'm pleased with the look of the sectional in my home thus far and for the price I paid I'd be happy to get at least four years of use from this purchase. It's still too early to tell for sure though.
