Not bright as seen in the pics. does not fit twin

You order it and think this would fit to a twin bed but it would not. I don't what this is for. Is it for a crib? No. The color is nowhere close to what was shown in the pictures. my son and I ordered one and was so looking forward for this only to a big disappointment after getting the item.
