DOA - returning for replacement

The device was DOA. Screen came on for about thirty seconds and began the initial setup process, then went black. Fully charged and was plugged into power supply when the attempt was made to do the setup. Tried every possible key combo to get to recovry of OS with a USB thumb drive, to no avail.
