Not better than previous version

router's been acting strange and working poorly. I've had a support call in for over a week now and I'm not getting anywhere with help. The router is supposed to have a 3-year replacement warranty and I'm unable to get it fulfilled. Old router worked perfectly fine, thought I would have great to this newer version and it's been nothing but trouble.

This router is so easy to install. I'm not a computer type of person. And it only took me like 10 min. The app is so easy to follow. It was a breeze getting it up and running.
