Not happy - was sent damaged hat
I purchased the navy hat online - to wear to my daughter's wedding in the UK- as it wasn't available in a store near me to try & buy. It arrived & it was obvious that it was one that had been previously damaged - I probably wasn't meant to be put back out for sale. It had a LABELLED "Macy's re-tag" price tag on it and the inner adjustable head band was ripped out and an elastic band hanging loose. I contacted customer services and sent photos of it all and was offered a discounted price/refund or the option to return it. I really liked the hat - but was afraid if I returned it, it would either be shipped back to me in error or I'd have a similar experience - not being able to see the hat in person beforehand. I took the discount refund - thinking I could somehow repair it and now wish I had just gotten a total refund. The head band can't be fixed and the hat is too loose fitting. To be honest, the price is just too much for this hat. Very disappointed! Obviously quality control was severely lacking when this was sent out.
Very feminine hat
Hats are going to come back in style. This one looks so cute on. I've bought another from Macy's online. They have the best. I bought the citrine color. I love it.
