Nice hat… but

Great hat. Horrible packaging. Arrives smashed and crushed. Zero care to package appropriately.

Nice hat

The hat is very nice. But Macy needs to a better job on packaging. Why would allow stuffing a dress hat in a tooo small box? How is this acceptable? Hat was smashed. No protective foam or material to protect the hat. So disappointed!! I expected better.

I purchased the hat for the derby. It went fantastic with the dress. It’s a little big for me but it does adjust.
