Love This Bag!
I really love this bag, it is a perfect size. It is well made and looks better in person than in the photos. The only thing is... I did not get the cross bag strap to convert it when I would like. Still nice as a shoulder bag.

Beautiful and practical
I bought the Cafe Latte Smooth color. Just like the other reviewer said, it's the perfect size for everyday use. Can be used as shoulder bag or crossbody. That's a plus. It also has two zipper at two sides for easy access to the small items/phone. Soft & beautiful leather. I am so tired of those hard, plastic-looking bags. Love this one very much. The Cafe Latte Smooth color is very versatile. Definitely recommend it.
Not so much.
Service of Macy's was great but I didn't like the purse or color. Quality for the purse wasn't as nice as I thought from the manufactures web site. The purse from Macy's was $65 less then from American leather.

I saw this bag on my sister. I immediately fell in love with it! I don't know why the 3.8 stars but for me this is a 5 star +++. It's not too big but not too small it's just the perfect size. I was using a Coach crossbody and when I saw my sister with her purse I just knew I had to have it. In this purse I can put in my sunglasses case to hold my sunglasses when I'm not using them, it holds my sunscreen, my mid size wallet, hand lotion, cuticle oil, and with plenty of space left. Its just perfect for me. It's slouchy not to rigid and hard like most purses that another thing I loved/love about this purse. Mt daughter now wants one just waiting for a sale because I got in on sale for mothers day and was way cheaper then now. So I'm just waiting for a sale and I will be purchasing another one for my daughter and I might even purchase an extra one to have available when my first one runs out of life
