Very disappointed!

Topper was shipped quickly and packaged well, but it is not the quality as advertised or pictured. It comes rolled up so I’m aware I need to allow a few days to flatten and expand. The directions say it’s ready when unrolled though. I’ve been trying to air out (foam odor) and flatten it out/expand for 2 days. Odor has lessened but the topper looks terrible. It even tears easily on the edges as I try and straighten it out. I’m sending it back!
