The advertisement says Ceramic and Seashells and the metal on metal at the ocean is going to pose a RUST PROBLEM, is this a coated metal ?

To the Sea Soap Dispenser

This soap dispenser is even prettier in person. It seems to hold quite a bit of liquid soap. It really brightened up my sink area.
