Terrible Shipping

I have ordered this twice. Both times it arrived broken because the packaging is not adequate and it does not hold up during shipping. The box arrives torn up and the internal padding is inadequate. This is a very nice item, and it needs to be sent with much sturdier packaging and protection.

Pretty but not well designed

The red threads on the border of both towels were pulled loose in places and seemed poorly made. My guess is they will unravel completely with one washing. I sent them back.
