Received Skirt with Broken Zipper

I am extremely disappointed with Macy’s. I ordered a skirt and received one with a broken zipper that clearly looked like it had already been returned by someone else. It is unacceptable for Macy’s to resell damaged, used merchandise as if it were new. This shows very poor quality control and lack of respect for customers. I expected better from a major retailer and will think twice before ordering again.

No clear description of the items. Size was off.

Size is off. And when purchased it showed both the top and the skirt included together. What arrived was the top only and the size was very off.

Great choice

Nice texture and weight, the embroidery is nice too. I am petite, so I had to use it a bit higher, but the length gets me a midi skirt!

Too difficult to put on without some one helping

Virtually impossible to get on or off. Zipper in back is terrible
