Incomplete order unsatisfied customer

As bad as I wanted and waited for this coat im disappointed. Mines didn't come with the belt and I was unable to exchange it for another one with a belt so I had to return it to get a refund. Not happy at all and then customer service only tried to offer me a 10% discount for the inconvenience no thank you.

Not as pictured

Worst coat I ever bought. The embellishments are cheaply made. There are no crystals on back like depicted in picture. Back it went. Complete waste of money.

Amazing Quality!

One thing about me is I never find a fur coat with long enough sleeves. This coat fit my like a glove and the sleeves are long enough for my arms. The quality of this coat is amazing for the price point. I am obsessed with the jewel detail all over the coat. Hands down going to live in this fur ball!

So lux!
