Came gross with sweat stains and no tags

Macy's sent me a dress someone had worn and returned. It had no tags, smelled of perfume and the straps were adjusted with safety pins on both sides to fit the person who wore it and returned. I didn't pay full price for this dress to be sent a used dirty dress. So disappointed and grossed out.
