Gorgeous, runs small?

This dress is really well made it goes in a little at the waist and is the perfect length (I’m 5’7). I planned to wear this with a white blouse underneath but it was just too small for me. I do believe it may run a little small. If you are on the fence, get it. I think it is stunning.
