Lower quality than expected

This dress disappointed. It was very thin and cheaply made. The band across the chest was not wide enough to cover an average sized strapless bra or to wear the dress braless. The padded inserts were in the wrong place for me and were not adjustable. The dress is long and puddled on the floor. The quality wasn’t great. Not classy at all. For reference, I’m 5-2, 140 lbs, 38DDD. Returned. Maybe tall women with much smaller chests could wear this.

Fabric

The dress was too busy. Looked chhesp due to cheap velvet. The cut outs were I. All the right places the cost for substandard velvet. Was not accepted. The contrast between the lace & velvet was not substantial. I was wearing for a Beverly hills cocktail party. . Will probably wear another Avec Dress

Fits Beautifully!

This dress is absolutely lovely! The see-through mesh is placed in just the right places thereby giving a great peek-a-boo effect without showing too much. Fit is true to size. I would buy this dress again!

Cheap material

I never thought avec la filles would ever use such a bad fabric. Poor finishing. Was planning to wear it for xmas. Had to return it. Very sad

Perfect mix of demure and flirty

Can't wait to wear this to my holiday party! I love the midi length with cutouts that make it a little flirty without being too showy. The mix of velvet and tulle is so unique and expensive looking

Love it!

Such a cute fit! Perfect for the holidays. Im 5’9 and athletic build, and the dress overall fits nicely. The bust cups helps with not wearing a bra, which is a plus!
