doesn't look like the photo

I might keep this because I need a knock-around coat to run errands in, but it doesn't look like the photo. I ordered the Medium but the cape portion does not stand out the way it does in the photo and the sleeves are much much longer. So I tried the Large to see if I could get the drama. But it just gets overall bigger. The cape portion is then more noticeable but the sleeves are huge and the body is also. The best way I can explain it is the outside portion of the cape, where the outside button is tacked down is further into your armpit than shown on the photo, therefore it pulls down the dramatic shoulder. Just ok. Sad the sample they photographed was clearly so much cooler than what it is in production.
