wrong size

I have ordered Armani sneakers three times and all three times they sent me the wrong size sneakers.

macys messed up again

I finally went over to San jose to try to exchange the sneakers that they gave me wrong to begin with, only to be told they were sold.out and could.only.order and send to my address a replacement. the date order not to mention the attendance t that took care of us was so rude, she managed to mess up again... I got a receipt but 9nce I got back.home I got an email confirmation and I checked she ordered the wrong color now... how much more of their dumbness do i have to deal with im so disappointed in Macy's. 2 trips and they still made the wrong order. Last time shopping there. now I will have to go again and so an exchange. what a disappointment and waste of time with these people.

Macys gave wrong number

Im afraid I can review the shoes, because he could t wear them. Macys provided the wrong shoe size so now we have to wait until we are in town to exchange. Such a bad experience.
