poor customer service

I had placed an order , they had split the shipments into 2 I didn’t received shipment 1 which is the shoes, package said delivered but I didn’t received the item! I had called customer service to file a claim and the claim went through processing and I got approved for a refund! They told me 3-7 business day and I have yet to receive my refund! Macy’s need to hire reps that’s not gonna sell wrong information or comfort you with lies!! I need My Money!!!!

SHAKING MY HEAD

I LIKE THE SHOE BUT I HAD PROBLEMS WITH THE SHOES I ORDERED A 9.5 SIZE THE BOX AND TAGS SAID 9.5 BUT THE ACUTAL TAG IN THE SHOE WAS A 9 I RETURN THE ITEM TO GET THE RIGHT SIZE AND AGAIN IT WAS THE SAME ISSUE TAGS AND SHOE BOX SAID 9.5 BUT AGAIN THE SNEAKER WAS A SIZE 9 AND THE TAG IN THE SHOE SHOWED 9. IT WAS FOR A BIRTHDAY AS A GIFT AND SAME ISSUE SO WASNT RESLOVE
