Love it

I had to return a Micheal Kors sunglasses that I purchased online because it was too small for my face. I happen to chance on this Armani one in store and grabbed it. It's perfect and i got it on sale so I had some balance after my return.

Damaged product and unhelpful customer service

Product arrived damaged and looking like it was used. I called customer service a first time letting them know about my package, they said they resolved my issue but the customer service agent never processed my request for a replacement. So after waiting for two weeks for the item that was supposed to be expedited, it never came. When I called again another agent was just as unhelpful, and not very understanding to my frustration with the package and the previous agent. I wouldn’t recommend ordering online or shopping with Macy’s to be honest just shop elsewhere.
