I own other Ayesha Curry cookware and find it to be a great product. I have prepared numerous recipe’s with these pans and have not been disappointed. I have a gas range that is intense heat and this cookware stands up to that challenge….Love it!

Well made, attractive, but extemely heavy.

Wonderfully wrapped for shipping...arrived in pristine shape. Lovely looking. But EXTREMELY heavy. I cannot lift it by the long handle. I have to use two hands, gripping it on each side. I have other cast iron pans (larger) that do not weigh as much as this. The cast iron does appear to be thicker (and the grill ridges add weight), and the enamel coating may add to the weight.

Heavy. Nonstick. Heavy

Weighs 7lbs 14.6 oz on my postal scale. It is heavy. The exterior has enamel paint and the inside is enameled as well. This pan does not need to be seasoned and cleans up easily with soap and a nylon brush. You cannot use steal wool or abrasives to clean it otherwise it will get damaged. Heat perfectly on my induction range. Leaves great grill marks on steaks, chicken and bell-peppers. I recommend it if you can handle the weight.
