First, this pan is huge and heavy! I was skeptical about using it on my glass top stove, so it has been sitting in the box since May... I decided I wasn't going to send it back. I used for the first time last week to fry pork chops. Cooked pretty good. This morning I made home fries. Nothing stuck!!! Not even the dry seasonings that USUALLY get stuck to pans. If my omelet slides out like my potatoes and onions did, then it'll be FIVE stars for me!!
