Betsy and Adam Lace Top Key-hole

Pretty dress but fitted a bit big at the top. I normally wear an 8 but ordered a size 10 because most dresses fit tight on top. I found another dress by Betsy & Adam that fitted much better and will be returning this one. The dress is also a bit long. I’m 5’ 3”
