Poorly packaged

Was it really necessary to roll the pair of pants up into a ball and shove them into a plastic bag for shipping? The pants are a wrinkled mess. You can do better than this for more expensive items. I’m glad I didn’t order the suit jacket. You probably roll them up into a ball for shipping too.
