Selling returned Merchandise as new

Received this shirt in a plastic bag. The shirt was obviously returned. Sent out as a new shirt without any pins or cardboard packaging as a new shirt is normally sold. Just came in plastic bag without a receipt or return label. Looks like the buttons are ready to fall off as someone try on the shirt that did not fit. Very disappointed and will return this shirt to a local store.
