Love the shirts - the service not so much

I bought three shirts for a very specific trip and paid extra for express delivery. I shoudldhave known better as my experience purchasing through Macy's has always been sporadic at best. This experience was the same - my order arrived much later than promised and after I left for the trip that I purchased them for. At least you guys are consistent.
