Tie arrived super wrinkled

As needed, but arrived super wrinkled, your people need to learn how to pack a simple tie, it was loose in a small plastic bag. You save in packaging and ruin the merchandise. A silk tie needs a support or cardboard box so that it does not wrinkle, I will see if it recovers by itself or I will have to return this order. I recommend the product but no the deficient packaging. Thank you.
