Feels nice, but that’s as far as it goes.

The material used to make this coat seemed impeccable. But after only three wears the satin interior, started to come apart like a cheap prom dress. As I was packaging it to return, I noticed all the threads were already coming out of the buttons. What’s up with that Brooks Brothers? This coat is garbage. I couldn’t wait to get it out of my house.

Good quality coat

Quality is good for the price, especially when the time is on sale. It is a stylish coat and seems to garner complements. I went with the camel color.

Small for a Medium

The coat was of good quality but cut small for a medium. We ordered 2 inches coats. The other one fit like a medium should but the BB one was significantly smaller. We will return it.

I ordered a men’s overcoat and they sent me a pair of women’s shoes. It was a hassle to get my refund and by then the coat size I need was no longer available. I went to a competitor as nd got my goods without a hitch.

Coat is great, but purchasing process needs work.

Love the coat, but was disappointed with the purchasing process. The price dropped a few days later and I spoke with customer service to adjust the price. They said it was 11 days after the purchase and they were only allowed to adjust pricing up to 10 days after purchase. So in order to get the lower price, I had to return the coat I had for credit and order the same one at the reduced price. So , Macy's shipped me a coat from Arizona ( halfway across the country) when all they had to do was issue me a price adjustment electronically. Colossal waste of time and resources.
