Cheap fabric

The design of the dress is lovely, but the material is so cheap. It feels like a party streamer. Itā€™s a rough, crinkly material that ruins an otherwise beautiful dress. It also runs a little small. Iā€™m 116 pounds and wear a 34 A bra size. I ordered my usual size 5/6 and I had a hard time zipping the dress all the way up. It was super tight around my chest. Will be returning.
