Got a very obviously used dressed

The dress we received in the mail was obviously used. There were pulls all over the front and back of the dress. There was a water mark, about 2-3 inches high, all along the bottom. The one strap had been broken and sewn back together with white thread ( and the dress is red). It was very disappointing to receive a dress in such bad shape.
