Return Problems

I returned two prom dresses that I ordered. I ordered two sizes. The tags were on and the dresses were never worn. Macy’s confirms two were returned but yet; they can’t tell me why the second dress wasn’t refunded or where it is. I would expect them to tell me more after (3) calls to customer service. I hope you don’t have horrible customer service like I did.
