Disappointed in sizing

Going to return. The sizing doesn’t seem right and is unusually snug in the rib cage area. Tried to get a replacement in a different size but Macys in New York would not answer their phones. No one else in Tennessee has the size I am looking for. Otherwise the dress is well made and so pretty.
