Received wrong size

I ordered a 9.5 and got a size 10. The box said 9.5 but the shoes were 10.

I did not realize they were on all day (yay)!

After trying on 100 boots, I finally found a cute, simple, and comfortable pair that looks cool on me. I did not realize they were on all day (my type of shoe). There is no need to order "up a size". Wear with thick compression socks.

Super cute!

They are very roomy but not enough for me to go down a size, I’ll just wear a thicker sock. They’re very comfortable and super stylish!

Nope.

Ordered online. Really cheap-looking "man-made materials" and it runs extremely large, I ordered 9.5, what I got is more like a 10.5, it's a good inch longer than what a 9.5 normally is. Will be returning to the store

Retro chic

Beautiful burnished reddish brown boot, 9.5M size is flat and roomy for my 9.5M feet. Very comfortable despite chronic foot pain, needs a thicker sock to fit snugly.
