Grossly undersized

This outfit was really cute but waaay undersized. The 9 months size was closer to a 6 month. Didn’t remember in time where I purchased it from in order to return so stretched it on to baby to wear one time since it was holiday themed. The pants came up to her knees 🙄. Cute but definitely size up at least 3 months
