Amazing Baby Registry Box - Macy’s Never Disappoin
I was so impressed with the Macy’s Baby Registry Box! The quality of every single item was outstanding, everything felt premium and thoughtfully chosen. The products weren’t just cute, they were high quality, durable, and gentle enough for a newborn. It really shows how much care Macy’s puts into curating items for new parents. Because of this experience, Macy’s has become my go-to place for baby clothes and gifts for my family. I trust them completely when it comes to comfort, style, and quality. Highly recommend starting your registry with Macy’s — you’ll love it as much as I did!

Not worth the shipping fee or the wait
Took almost 2 months to ship and contained some baby spoons, a couple bibs, and a pacifier holder

Compared to other welcome boxes, there are fewer items included. But all of them are useful!
NEVER DELIVERED
Could give 0 start if there was an option. The box was never delivered. Based on the tracking #, it was delivered to another state. Used the "Contact Seller" function on the website, no response. Used Macy's chat function and the agent said they could only do refund since it was a third-part order. (I should have just accepted that. Spent effort and time to meet the criteria of getting this box so still wanted to see if re-shipment is possible) Emailed Macy's gift registry, no response, followed up, no response. Called Macy's. The agent messaged the seller and asked me to call back. Chatted online for quick check and the agent said there was no option (even refund) since it was out of the 30 day window. Called again, the seller did not response to the previous agent. Getting the refund, instead of re-shipment. Finally. Macy's, change this seller. Fellow customers, based on the other reviews of this box, what’s inside isn’t worth all the hassle you might go through.

Took an effort to get!
If it wasn’t for the diligence of my Macys Customer Service angel, should out to Vickie Z, I would have given this box 1 star. Mommy’s samples were useful. Baby stuff was cute (I got a pair of beanies a coverup and a pacifier holder). BUT omg, it took $100 and a miracle from God to get this shipped. It doesn’t ship to Hawaii even though there is a Macys in the neighborhood. I would side with most of the other comments. Don’t go thru the trouble.
Where is it
I requested the baby registry gift box, paid the fees and everything after having things from my registry purchased. It’s been over two weeks and I haven’t received it. I emailed Customer Care and I have yet to hear from anyone about the status. I’m very disappointed as I always held Macy’s in high regard. 😬
Don't waste your time
Not worth it compared to other store boxes we have received. Plus a higher price point to even receive the box. Items in box were mediocre.
