Inaccurate shipping estimates

Never received this item despite saying it would be here in 3-6 days. I submitted multiple complaints with no response. Purchased almost a month ago and it still hasn’t even shipped.

Disappointing gift box

I love shopping at Macy’s I spend a lot of money there. I received a gift box from several different companies I must say that Macy’s box is the most disappointing. Not only did they charge for the Gift box the items in the box was subpar. so my advice is save your money and enjoy the gift boxes from the other companies that offer them. I definitely expected better for Macy’s…

No refund after weeks

The welcome box was delivered all wet and the customer service mentioned they will refund me. However, it's been 2-3 weeks since then and there is no refund yet.

not worth it

Totally not worth it, it came with a ugly swaddle and two serum samples, if I knew it like this, I won't buy it
