Used to be great briefs, but no longer!
I have been purchasing the 803J Comfort Revolution Microfiber Seamless briefs in size 10-11 for over 20 years. However, my last two purchases of 12 pairs each have been a disaster. The new briefs do not stretch as they used to, making it difficult for them to slide over my hips. Additionally, the waistband is sewn so tightly that it rolls down when I sit down. It seems that the band is NOT cut on the bias, which allows for greater stretch and a more forgiving fit compared to cutting the material with the grain, which has no give. Overall, the size for the 10-11 has shrunk. In a side-by-side comparison of the old version and the new version, I’ve noticed that the new briefs are much smaller, the material is thinner, and the briefs no longer have a cotton liner. The briefs I still have from a few years ago have held their shape and fit perfectly. They are comfortable and stretch easily enough for me to put them on. I only wash these briefs and hang them to dry; I never use a dryer, which helps maintain their integrity, prevents shrinking, and stops them from riding up or losing their shape. I want to emphasize that I have not gained any weight and have no issues with the old pairs—my problems lie solely with the new, cheaper quality pairs. It seems that there is no longer any quality control. I loved these briefs, and it truly saddens me that I am now forced to look for a new brand.

Macy’s is a trashy store
There were only 3 panties in my size in stock so I bought what you had. It seems you’re always low on stocked items. Most of your displayed merchandise in the store is in disarray and needs a total makeover. The clothing sale racks are ridiculous. I used to enjoy shopping but Macy’s in Stockton has continued to go downhill. Please upgrade your store and make it marketable again.

SIZING ACCURATE?
I ordered what size I normally do; however, these are a size too small. I don't know what to do.

I have bought several pair of this style. These run small- no I have not gained weight. Disappointed
