Not exactly

I like this panty but it wasn't what I thought I was buying. Since the Hanes stores closed I cannot tell what exactly I am getting. I called CS but they were no help. I have a pair of the ones I really want and there is a number but that didn't work. I miss going into the store and seeing them on the round tables. Easy... Oh well.

Condition of Women underwear department.

The Macy's store in Temecula is one where I shop frequently and love this store. However, since you moved the women's underwear department to the back of the store, That area is a total disaster. Nothing is organized and arranged as to find a certain brand/style. I will be more blunt, the Women's underwear department is a total mess and looks like SH__.
