Best Bra in Town!

Most comfortable bra I own. I have three in different colors. I had previously purchased one from a different retailer and wanted more, so when I saw that Macy's had it on sale, I ordered two more. Hmmm, maybe I should get even more so when these wear out I'll have back ups. :) Love the fit and how the straps can be reconfigured. Great full coverage without being dowdy.

Scratchy finish

I used to buy this bra at least 20 years ago and thought I’d try it again. I’ve tried it twice and both times the stitching where the netting/sheer fabric joins the other fabric is rough and makes it scratchy in places. The way it is finished has been changed and is no longer smooth. I will not be buying this again

Poor Customer Service

This really has nothing to do with the actual quality of the bra but the lack of customer service at Macy’s! Ordered 38C bra, picked up a bag containing a bra sized 36 B with no tags attached and a ripped off tag indicating size 38C and a bra hanger! Why would the sales associate do this? I had to travel to the store to pick up and now I have travel back to return. In the meantime, the promo code I had used will no longer be valid.

Didn't fit well

I'm not sure if it's my body or the bras but they just don't fit well. The straps are too short and it pulls the back up uncomfortably. I probably should have returned them but didn't feel like going through all the trouble. I'll give them away. Very dissappointed
