No need to worry about warping the indicator light lets me know when the pan has cooled off enough to place in the sink for clean up. Great Deal

Purchased these pans with budget in mind. The price for a 10" and 12" fry pan set is usually what I would spend on one pan. Really pleasantly surprised with how well they work for me. The sides are nice and high, which prevents splattering on my stove top. The non stick is second to none, and browns as well as my cast iron pan. Metal utensil safe, so I don't have to babysit like some of the non stick pans I previously owned. Indicator light on the handle lights up when the surface is hot enough to cook on, and also indicates when you can safely put in the sink. This pan really has everything I want and need.

Como 2-pc review

Very good set of fry pans do keep in mind the sizes for these though. I typically only use the smaller size pan. These pans do take longer than my old set to really heat up, but once at temperature they work like a charm. The only major downside I've experienced is having to tighten the screws that keep the handle tight a few times now. Luckily it's pretty easy to do with a Phillips or flathead screwdriver.

great nonstick duo

I really like this set. The larger sizes are great. I really dont need another 8" pan. The 10 and 12" sizes are perfect for making my dinner entree and side dish at the same time. The PFOA free coating is amazing. Nothing sticks. I like that it is metal utensil safe so I dont have to worry about what tools to use. The color changing indicator in the handle turns red when the pan has reached the optimal temperature for even browning and a nice sear. The aluminum core heats evenly and quickly giving great results.

Great non-stick pan

These are great non-stick frying pans! I've made grilled cheese in the 10" frying pan and some cheese oozed out of the bread, but wiped right off when I went to clean it. The handles are made of plastic, so they never get hot.

Slick Non-Stick Pans

Granitium's like a granite surface which is completely safe, stays non-stick and cleans quite easily as well.

Best in engineering and craftsmanship

These pans are a wonder of engineering and craftsmanship. Cooks like any other artisan must have the very best of tools. My only mistake was not ordering the glass lids to match.
