I use this to make steak and the indicator is great to know exactly when to add my steak. I noticed there’s barely any smoke when I cook with this pan compared to other brands. The pan is great quality and will last a long time if you take care of it.

great non stick

I love this pan. The non-stick coating works amazingly use after use. I love that its metal utensil safe so I dont need to worry about who is using what in my pan. The aluminum core heats very quickly and evenly. I am very impressed at the heat indicator in the handle. Wait for it turn red any you will get amazing searing and browning. Back to green its ready to clean. I wash mine by hand but it is dishwasher safe. Great quality Made in Italy products and a reasonable price.

Excellent Fry pan and Excellent Price

To be able to buy a durable, 8" fry pan, that is made in Italy for this price seems like a dream. This pan heats so evenly and browns so nicely. It is so easy to clean up and is so durable, being able to use metal utensils. The thermo point technology with a built in heat indicator is just a bonus to be able to control your temperature while cooking. The indicator turns red when it is at optimal cooking temperature, and green when it has cooled down and is ready to clean. Dishwasher safe, but I prefer to hand wash my pan.

I love these pans, they have a nice thick bottom which conducts a lot of heat. The coating is great, very durable. This 8” has deeper sides than most 8” fry pans. I do find it a little awkward when flipping fried eggs with a normal size spatula.

This pure aluminum fry pan is wonderful. It heats up so quickly and evenly and I love the thermo sensor that tells me when the pan is ready for me to add my food. The nonstick has ceramic particles built in to provide superior browning that you sometimes can't get with nonstick.

A wonderfully lightweight aluminum pan that will let you know when it is hot or cold, so you know when it will heat properly and when you can clean the pan! I love that it is lightweight and easy to transport from stove top. Nice curved handle to hold. Just right for the price!

This fry pan is made from forged aluminum construction and has excellent heat retention. Its heats up quickly and evenly. The coating on the pan is Keravis Plus everything slides right out of it. You can even cook with no fats (not that you would want to). I use this 8" almost exclusively for eggs but anything can be cooked in it.. The pan is even oven safe up to 300F, perfect for keeping a meal warm.
