This is a great wreath. Using it on the front door. I like the ability to set different timers. Well made. Hoping this one lasts for a few years.

Ugh
LED bulbs very faint not bright at all and bulb only gives off half lite. Very disappointed also the balsam on this wreath feels like plastic. I will not be shopping ur greenery! Very poor. Ur losing ur reputation

Could be better
The lights are too dim, and the battery holder and colored ON light is visible.

Beautiful and classic wreath!
Fluffed beautifully and lights are a classic warm white. Will be adding some cranberry stems and ribbon for this season's decor and switching out each year to match our tree.
DO NOT PURCHASE DUE TO LACK OF CUSTOMER SUPPORT
I purchased ten garlands and three wreaths for Christmas this year. These are indoor outdoor rated. The worked for about a week, and then ALL BUT ONE stopped working. Interestingly, they do not come packaged with troubleshooting tips. I followed the steps on line for the trees, replaced batteries, et al. The battery packs would light up to signal power but no light produced. ON ALL BUT ONE. No moisture issues. No dramatic swings in temperature on the porch. Monitored to make sure timers weren't off. Contacted Balsam Hill. Their customer service like many is prompt based and unable to deviate, even when I disclosed that I purchased from Macys and was seeking technical support. They recommended replacement or refund. I contacted Macys, and despite a verified email from Balsam Hill that the products were beyond repair, still (?appropriately) asked for them to be returned. I was asked to uninstall, package, and have UPS return. The CSR at Macys asked me how much they weighed, and other esoteric questions that were beyond the point both given the season, and given the type of decor. Not suprisingly, unable to replace this late in the season due to quantity remaining. All of this is to say, while I hope I got a bad batch of BH shipped to a third party store, be mindful of the significant limitations of CSR.
