will not last

I bought two trees and one stopped working after one season,. got the replacement and now after one season that one no longer works.

Regret

I bought this thinking it would be lovely in my sun room corner however, it is oddly wide for the size. I wish I had not unboxed this as I cannot get it to fit in the box to return it :(

Very Beautiful Tree

Glad I bought this tree

This tree is beautiful, looks just like pictures. It is very easy and quick to set up. Balsam Hills is a great company to work with. The remote didn't work and they sent labels for returning the tree. I changed the battery on the remote and it worked! All is well now and I can just.enjoy this tree. It adds beauty to my living room.

One turned brown

Really pretty but I've had these only 3 years. One has turned completely brown. These have been stored properly and are not in any sunlight when displayed.

Absolutely!

Because these trees are pre-lit with decorative tree ornaments plus flocked plus only 3 feet in length, they light up the room perfectly and are easily stored away. We place one in our Sun room, we place 2 in our living room and one in the library/den. Next year, a tree will be placed in the dining room. So delighted.
