Expected a Lot More

Too plastic looking and not realistic at all, especially for the cost.

Happy with my purchase

I bought this tree on sale to be used next Christmas. I have not put it together yet but am very happy with the realistic branches in the box. I am looking forward to putting it up !

nice tree but sample kit differed

this is my first artificial tree so i'm a little picky but also the convenience was nice. I liked that it came in a perfect size for my space. however, the sample kit branch as much better in terms of color than the actual tree i received. I did buy right before the holidays so maybe the manufacturer was rushed and didn't apply a color as well.

So realistic looking!!!!

We ordered 1 tree from Balsam Hill, and another from another "reputable company." Everyone voted to keep the Balsam Hill Sanibel tree, and return the "other" tree. It's very realistic looking! LOVE the appearance of the artificial branches, love that the faux tree trunk is concealed nicely, it's MUCH lighter than our other tree purchase, opened up with 100% ease, and we're glad there's a foot pedal. In addition to all of that, the shape is beautiful, and having less crowded branches than the other to hang ornaments on. We'd buy from there again. The other looked very "plastic like!" Also the complaints on the other was that it was taking people hours/days to rearrange all the branches (they were all grouped together in clusters) Balsam Hill's tree only needed 10 minutes to shape up a few branches. Also love its LONG CORD!!! The other tree's was short with no foot pedal.

We returned this tree due to misleading description.

It was a very nice tree, but did not meet expectations. The height was listed at 6' but it was really closer to 5.5' of tree with a 6" stick at the top to make up the difference. We easily returned it and plan on purchasing a 7' tree in order to get the height we really want.

Absolutely beautiful tree!

Very realistic. Easy to set up and take down. Only issue—storage! The nine foot tree stores in two very large bags, that come with the tree.
