First artificial tree!
The tree was easy to fluff and easy to put up. This is our first artificial tree after 30+ years of a fresh tree. The tree is nice, plenty of room to hang ornaments. I didn’t know that the measurements of 6ft included the stand so I wish I had gone a little taller. It was probably stated somewhere and I missed it. But, the tree looks nice and we are liking it more every day.

Horrible tree
My first Balsam tree was so excited but when I went to hang one bulb the branches were so weak I knew the tree wouldn’t hold even a few of my decorations. I had already thrown away the box so knew I couldn’t return it so I threw it away just like the money I paid for it and the insurance. I can’t tell you how disappointed I am in Balsam Hill

Disappointing
You expect a certain level of quality from balsam hill, but that’s just not really the case with this tree. It may look like a spruce, but the stand wobbles and is incredibly difficult to maneuver, the seams where the tree assembles don’t fasten in place, and overall it seems I could have purchased a better tree for less money.

Ornaments display beautifully!
We LOVE our new tree. It was easy to assemble and so much more convenient than carting one home from the tree lot, then untangling and stringing all those lights. (And I certainly won’t miss sweeping up all the pine needles!) I’m most happy with how realistic our “spruce” looks compared to many other artificial trees I’ve seen. The shape, fullness and sturdy branches provide the perfect backdrop for our collection of Christmas ornaments. Hoping the garlands I just ordered wil be a wonderful complement!

It is perfect!
We received our tree about a week ago. Delivery was quick, and the tree was boxed very well, with everything you could need to make set up fast (extremely fast) and easy. The gloves provided made it comfortable to fluff the branches. We love the lights. Just the right amount with a beautiful warmth. This is our first year not having a real tree, my only condition was it had to look real. It absolutley and it is absolutely worth every. single. penny!

Color and Lighting is Perfect
I finally have the Sanibel Spruce I’ve been coveting for over a year. I wanted something to showcase the Balsam Hill and Frontgate (sorry, mostly Balsam Hill) ornaments that I have been collecting for years, bit by bit. When I was drooling over it this past year, I would sometimes think the branches were too light, more light blueish green than green based on pictures on the website. But no! I think they are plenty green. I have attached a picture taken without changing exposure, brightness, filters, none of that so if your concerned about branches being a nice green, you can see exactly what my tree looks like. I was also concerned that there were not enough lights but I think the amount and the placement (more interior than my other Balsam Hill trees), truly allow the ornaments to pop and provides beautiful backlighting. In summary, a gorgeous tree meant to showoff all your ornaments but still provides a lush green bed of branches. I highly recommend!

Love Love Love!
This tree is beautiful! I purchased the 9’ option and was able to easily assemble myself - no fluffing required. The instructions are clear. The branches are sturdy. There’s a perfect amount of lights. I do not regret my purchase in any way. In fact, after this tree, I purchased 2 more different types of trees from Balsam Hill. Can’t imagine owning any other brand now!
