Cutie little tree
A cute little tree at 4.5 ft! Fluffs up nicely, easy to set up. I didn’t use the gloves in set up and regret it since my hands got a bit scratched up. Use the gloves! It doesn’t look real real in person but it looks great.

Set low expectations for these trees
First purchased the lower grade tree and was completely unsatisfied with material - immediately returned and purchased the top tier tree at over twice the cost. For the second tree, immediately noticed plastic needle pieces were falling off and leaving exposed wire ends. In addition, "shaping" the branches and tree was way more work than I think is reasonable to expect and, even after spending time with it, the tree did not look professional or realistic from that perspective. Immediately returned and then, after repeated attempts, was denied a refund of the return fees.

Nice Tree, especially bottom 2 sections
While the bottom 2 section are quite full, I found the top section to be considerably less dense with obvious blank spaces despite considerable time spent fluffing each section - not really looking like the advertised pic

Just ok
We have been eyeing the Balsam Hill tree for years and decided to purchase one on sale this year. It is… just ok. We were honestly disappointed in the quality, especially for the money (even on sale, it was rather expensive). No particular complaints other than it did not live up to expectations.

Best artificial tree I have ever seen
