Lovely/Stinky

I bought this tree through Good Morning America, 40 Boxes. The tree is lovely, but has a moldy smell that hasn't lessened since I unboxed it three weeks ago.

We have purchased 3 of your trees. the trees themselves are beautiful BUT the lights are HORRIBLE! You should be ashamed of the lights! We just gave away the 7.5-foot tree. We had to redo all the lights. Same with the 6ft tree had to replace the top section lights. For the steep price of your trees the lights a disgrace. We have 3 friends that have purchased your trees also and will not buy another one. Don't know where you purchase your light from but they a bad joke on your company! This is my second reply to you with the same message!!!!

Great Purchases

I purchase this for our church, love the tree, we put it up a few days ago and so far quite a few nice comments for other members. We use to purchase fresh trees but they where not keep every long and the local fire department suggested we look into artificial options. I have purchase Balsam tree in the past my 12 years old and still in good shape. The tree is very full and build better than my old one. Hope this will last us a long time.
