Sweet tree, but not happy with the lights.
Beautiful little tree, exactly what I was looking for. I jut wish the lights had less of a weird yellow tinge to them. I’d have preferred a true white light or an old school warm glow. I’m looking into ways to compensate for the lights by maybe covering them with a film or adding a few strands of multi color lights.

Nice Tree but it has issues
This was just the type of tree we were looking to have for the holidays. Ordering and delivery were good, no problems at all. The issues came up when we put the tree up and decorated it. It was slightly loose and a little bit crooked. There didn't appear to be a way to adjust or stabilize it. We ended up putting a folded towel under the base to straighten it. There should be a better stand, adjustable feet on the stand, or a more secure base to make sure the tree stands straight and secure. It is up and decorated, so we will keep it for this year. For the price of this tree, it should be straight and stable!

Lovely Alpine Balsam
I was looking for a realistic looking tree that would not be too big for our condo. The Alpine balsam was the perfect choice. It was simple to set up and with its balsam-like features, brown texture trunk and moulded needles it is perfect. The space between the branches allows one to see our eclectic collection of ornaments. We are very happy with this tree!

Nice tree, plug and stand missing
The tree looks nice. But we couldn't plug it in because the AC plug was missing. There wasn't a stand with it, either. I suppose we'll send it all back.

A more sparse tree
I love the Alpine Balsam Fir. It’s the first time we’ve had an artificial tree because I never saw any trees that are more ‘sparse’ - like a Charlie Brown Christmas tree! That’s the type of tree that I love!! It looks very real. The lighting is great!
