Need plug for lighted tree topper
Wanted a plug so we could put our lighted star on top! For the price, that should be in there.

THE STAND DID NOT COME WITH THE KEYS TO HOLD IT IN PLACE. THE TREE DID NOT FLUFF TO LOOK LIKE A FULL TREE.

Nice tree
I'm pleased with the look of the tree once it's up and decorated. It wasn't my first choice, but the one my husband and I liked best didn't come in a size small enough for our space.cat

Beautiful, full tree
This is a Beautiful, albeit heavy, tree. Getting it in off the porch at 113 pounds was quite a feat for myself. I didn’t realize that I could have colored, clear, or both lights. I had that on another tree and I love that feature. It took a bit of effort to get it fluffed the first time, and I am hoping that that goes easier in the future. I’m still on the fence about the flip nature of the tree, but perhaps next season will tell. The storage bag that came with is heavy duty. I do like that the tree stand is on casters and I can roll or rotate the tree as desired. It really is a beautiful tree and I am sure we are going to have many, many years of enjoyment out of it.

Not great
A section of lights not working, right out of the new box. Also the off-gassing/smell is very strong, even after leaving it in my garage to air-out for 5 days. Given the high cost of this tree, it's frustrating and a shame.

9 foot Tree top is very heavy
We bought our Colorado spruce Christmas tree for next year so we only took it out and put it together to make sure everything was functioning properly. I am sure it’s going to be spectacular when we set it up next year. My only con to the whole process is that the woman in the video Makes it look like you can practically flip the tree with two fingers and she lifts the top up by herself. We ordered a 9 foot tree. The top is very heavy. My husband and I both were unable to lift the top onto the bottom. Finally, we determine that if we stepped on the paddle and tilted it, we could then get the top onto the bottom and it did light up and work properly so I just feel as though the video was a little bit misleading in how easy it is to attach the top to the bottom. Perhaps if you were to mention how heavy the top piece is specifically separate from the bottom it would help people in their decision-making. I wanted the 7 1/2 foot tree which I’m sure we would easily have been able to work with, but my husband insisted on the 9 foot tree so we did have trouble lifting the top onto the bottom. Already I can’t wait for next Christmas when we will be using it. We already had our old tree up for this year.

Great tree!
The tree was delivered promptly and the assembly instructions were easy to follow. It’s a beautiful tree, extremely lifelike, and the multiple light options with a remote control device was a nice touch.

Worth every penny
We bought the 10’ flip model. Beautiful and impressive, we get lots of comments. Although in my late 70s, I am a big guy and managed to wrestle it up two steps and to assemble it myself. It is heavy, and could be very difficult for anyone smaller to do any of that. Sturdy, simple to assemble, easy to move on its rolling base. We are very happy with it.
